Balance before/after is the balance at the time of credit. Later purchases,
transfers and other transactions change the current balance; use PDL History to reconcile those.

and the audit log records who processed it.

Import PDLs from Excel
Creates new PDL accounts from a workbook. An opening balance is credited as an
audited top-up, so it appears in that PDL's history like any other
money. Existing PDLs are never overwritten, and if a single row is wrong
nothing at all is imported.
